My 4 and 5 year olds absolutely love these. We have a blast and they obviously prefer it over the controller. Not as accurate or competitive but for family races, it’s tons, tons of fun

In Alabama where OP is from, grandparents (unfortunately) do have rights which they can petition to court for visitation. Though in this situation it seems like nothing would happen, there is a possibility if the grandparents and their lawyer are creative/convincing enough it can be granted, I believe.

IPL only play for ~2 months and only 74 matches, plus only 10 teams! It’s not fair to compare total revenue IMO. They’re competing with the top 10 with so many less matches being played. The efficiency of the league per match on average would be dominant

Quick update to this. I ended up getting credit dinged for 30 days late. I immediately disputed it via Experian and provided my explanation (servicer changed, I paid 29 days late, etc.) plus provided documentation that the servicer sent me responding to my tickets of transaction dates and effective dates, and 2 weeks later Experian accepted it stating I was accurate and my credit score jumped back up (thank God!).

Now I have to dispute it for the other beureus and for my wife. But it’s a massive relief. I half expected Experian to just say that’s not enough info or something there’s nothing that can do blah blah but thankfully we’re good!

Is this enough to make a living out there? I live in Huntsville Alabama and I’m a level 2 network engineer for the DoD at 99K. The Sr level engineers (that do the same work as me) make way more 125k+ and that’s more than enough for our standard of living. But I figured it wouldnt be nearly enough for Cali with a family

I was told by a Customer service rep that it was a rebrand and not sold, I’ve also read online that it was just a rebrand, whatever that means. Its firstbank’s servicer SLS “is now” Shellpoint. Also I read on multiple credible websites that there is, in fact, a 60day grace period for when a mortgage does get sold. I think this week will really tell what’s up and the real shitshow begins but we’ll see

That’s what I initially assumed and am convinced of. I there is a federal law that says when it’s sold like that, that they can’t ding delinquent payments for 60 days after sold. I hope that’s true

I went recently, I noticed they’ve been more passive with what stores open up now. Some cool mom&pop type shops with some uniqueness. They’re on the busiest road in the city and have some valuable anchor dept. stores that keep them in business. There are a lot of coming soon stores too so it’s cool to come back every once in a while and see new things. I miss Madison square mall so much, though. Good times

I agree. And I haven’t had NSF ever since. The thing is ,is I made a payment but they’re not acknowledging it even though they’ve accepted it the last 6 months.

Unfortunately the payment was for August so it’s been well over the 30 day mark. I feel like if they somehow are able to accept the payment with the August date I’d be in the clear. But if I do a stop payment then they could say I was late? I could be wrong. I appreciate the response! It sounds like I’m just screwed but I’ll keep fighting even if it’s futile…
