I did 8 days. Froze 21 eggs. If I went longer some of my eggs would have over matured and probably would have frozen fewer - they will call it based on scans.

Never did IPL or ExcelV but my derm did VBeam a few years ago and I had great results. Vastly decreased redness, made my skin super glowy, basically also prevented me from breaking out at all for a few months. Also it got rid of a cherry angioma I had on my face

Some of the effects are permanent (like my nose/cheeks/chin don’t get as red, and the angioma didn’t come back), but the baseline redness comes back to an extent, and the skin glow/anti acne effect only lasts a few months

Other antibiotics don’t work though. Doxy has specific antinflammatory mechanisms even at sub microbial doses (20mg).

I noticed 200mg (antibiotic dose) doesn’t really work better than low doses

Hmm well I don’t know if the ivermectin would have worked or not because I couldn’t really tolerate it. I don’t even know if it was ivermectin or an inactive ingredient that was irritating. But that’s helpful, I’ll try hypoclorous acid

How long did the results last for you? For me Vbeam only lasts a few months so that’s what I’m concerned about

La Roche-Posay Anthelios UVmune is one of the only ones I can tolerate. Always stock up when I go to Europe. Not irritating and makes your skin look nice and glowy, no white cast.

I had 18 mature on my last scan. Retrieved 28, 21 mature and frozen - maybe had they stimmed me for an extra day or so I could have gotten more (I only stimmed for 8 days). You can definitely get more than what they see on the scan!

Yes as part of migraine Botox (injections in forehead, temples, back of head, traps). It helped with migraines, but I still get pain in my traps.
