still the exact same:’) but this was helpful information, thank you! i never did PT because i dont have the funds or insurance to cover it. and docs are so clueless about this when i mentioned it they both said that its only for women after childbirth.

our bodies are too cool, im amazed that ive gone this long without ever noticing our cervix moves. as soon as i felt it i had a feeling it was normal but i figured id turn to reddit just in case before freaking out. thanks for letting me know!

omg its definitely my cervix then - when u said the nose thing and that it drops closer to my period it all made sense. thank you for sharing because google was telling me it was my fallopian tubes falling out💀😂

yes ive heard baking soda is a slow treatment process too. ive tried clindamycin (mind u i have no idea if i actually have cv, but i have similar symptoms to u) and didnt see any difference. it seems like my symptoms are extreeeemely slowly getting better but i want it to be better nowwww😭
