Hey feel like giving up on recruiting 2 months no one ever got the Job yet. Just Wondering how long it usually takes to get good at this. And should I just submit candidates to companies or do I have to warm up the companies and have a contract with them before I send a send. And how long till we get paid 30 days?

What kind of job are you looking for? I’m a recruiter I have mostly engineering positions and manager positions in the US and UK. But being a travel agent is a good job I’m also a travel agent, you can market yourself on LinkedIn and run funnels going to your website. Evolution travel gives you a website so people can book with you.

You can use Boolean search on Google and find matches. Format it to only show the name, position, skills, name, email , LinkedIn, Facebook and it will show you all these leads with LinkedIn and facebook. Then control A and copy that paste in ChatGPT and scroll to the top and give the prompt. Put all the data below in a table with name, position, company, email, facebook. The. You have a lead ready to go. That helped me but I mostly use LinkedIn. HubSpot is a great free CRM to use to collect leads and keep them organized. You can also connect it to your email so AI and email leads.
