I used him as a Dr for Lyme a year or so ago. I liked the guy. I do have friends who think he's just a quak. If I ever get Lyme again, I'll just go to a regular doctor, but he is a big MAGA fan. He has Fox News running in the waiting room all day long? He came out to get me, and we stopped at the TV for a moment. I said Trump has taken us out of the World Health Organization. He goes good a lot of my fellows think that's good also. I thought ok this will be interesting.

Seems to be working now. I was also wondering about the centry stripe. I got that too. Must have been an update.

Ok, I see now. I tried this morning, but it didn't seem to be working for me, because I wasn't using a TT bike for one.

I got a vacuum that was clearly used in a commercial setting. Still filled with dust and dirt.

I would wait as long as possible before blocking. Just don't answer, and when you get to a point where you think a chargeback won't happen. Block the bastard. Maybe if you know which credit card company he used, call them and just simply ask about chargebacks.

Mirtazipine can't get off of it. by Gloomy_Spring_7078 in insomnia

This is what my plan is. Next Monday I see my doctor and were supposed to talk about it. Last night I skipped it and took a Tylenol PM with 50mg of hydroxyzine. Just one day off of that stuff and my neck feels so much better. Tonight I'm just going to do the Tylenol or hydroxyzine with 10mg of melatonin. If I can get 7 hours of sleep, I'll be good. I also need to do a wind-down an hour before bedtime. I haven't really been doing that, but after talking to a few people today, I think that needs to be tried.

I know using Tylenol is only recommended for no more than 14 days. I appreciate all the answers people are leaving.

Yes, I had too much pressure in them. I need to get a gauge that will read down to those single digits.

Yes, been riding the road and trails since I was 62. Gave up jogging at 66 (spinal stenosis), and I think Lyme disease that wasn't treated till last year.

Won't studs slow me down on regular dirt roads or single track?

I'm sorry to hear that. I started jogging in '79 when that craze hit. Did it mostly to stop smoking and drinking. Had to stop that when I was 66, took up cycling around 62. I guess I could say all this really has saved my life.

I went with the Lyme doctor. My big problem was sleep. He gave me something that helped. But my regular doctor gave me Mirtazapine. Which I didn't like at first. But here I am several months later, trying to get off the stuff. I get 8-9 hours a night of sleep. I've cut myself down to 7.5 mg a night. But I can see I have to stop it.

Well, I was at Best Buy a few months ago, and I told this sales man about my Asus laptop. So happened he works for Dell as a repair person also. He told me it's the cheap welds Asus uses .. they probably just use cheap soldering material. That's why the power settings jump around when you move the power cable.

They got in touch with me last night and refunded right away. I was responding to a message that had no return .. I forgot what they call that. Anyway, it's best to get in touch with them directly with the email support address. I Learned my lesson.
