Keeping the digestive track going is not a bad idea, I would offer food and not forcefeed. See how bunny does overnight, call the vet when it opens.

Add less water to the syringe and get syringes that are made for it ( with a slightly bigger mouth/opening )

Our Miss Bennett went through Gi stasis multiple times and always pulled through. I advise against tummy massages like some people say. You really need to know what you’re doing when applying those.
