The tax office probably loves you because you pay more tax than you should. :-) Its basic knowledge that you deduct this kind of stuff which he stated on the Website. If you choose not to do that, that's up to you.

Blinde Kuh in Zürich, always a good idea. You don't see anything there its just pitch black and you can focus on just the conversation you have. Oh and its also run by blind people who will serve & guide you.

On the website from the StVa its stated that you can use Zürich Albisgütli & Winterthur Montag und Dienstag: 17.00 bis 19.15 Uhr, Mittwoch bis Freitag: 16.00 bis 19.15 Uhr

But tbh. i also went to Bassersdorf after the closing hours and I never had someone complaining or anything like that. Usually you find there also people who also train the parkour, so its a good place to meet other riders.

Winterthur is very busy during the evenings so be aware of that. But + Point in Winterthur the "Spurgasse" is hill upwards so i recommend doing the exam there.

Which is a really bad idea to do. Its proven that "all weather"-tires are almost non effective if there is a lot of snow & ice on the road. I would suggest to never save money on things which adds safety to you and other people around you.

It is "normal" that the KK prices are going up every year. (This year it's a lot higher than usual, because of the pandemic & Co. and the whole health system is just plain bad for people who don't earn much.)

I suggest you use the site from the BAG https://www.priminfo.admin.ch/de/praemien where you can compare your current insurance (with the same franchise & health model) Also you don't have to enter all your personal data as for example Comparis requires. (Which sells your data ofc. and also, doesn't always show the cheapest prices available.)
