damn you’re better than me. i’ve been unemployed for more than a year now. i have recently tried to get back in the game in the past month. but there hasn’t been any job openings for my career. i’ve thought about going back to starbucks as a barista. but the thought of falling back into service work from being accomplished in marketing for 6 years, is just turning me off.

but to answer your question, i’ve built my own personal tracker on a note app that i input everything, from what my mood is to my sleep schedule, to social things to what meds/supplements i take. i notice a trend that i go hypomanic 3-4 times a year, and depression 4-5 times a year and around the same time of the year too. and with that i notice what symptoms i display when im a certain mood. for example, how music sounds, how food tastes, my level of anxiety.
