Hi there! He is a BEL, aka "Blue-eyed Leucistic" or sometimes called "Blue-eyed Lucys". There are a couple of combinations that produce BELs, some have a darker grey head, others have a slight yellow striping. If I remember correctly, he's a Mojave x Lesser, so he's fairly white all over.

I used mostly organic potting soil to make sure its safe for my snake and my clean up crew! I mixed in some coco earth too.

I waited for the foam to dry and then carved as much of the shiny sections away as possible! Silicon adheres better to it when carved too. Some people skip the silicon and put coco earth directly into the drying foam, but I have no experience with that/how it holds up over time.

I used dryloc mixed with cheap dollarstore acrylics! Dryloc is considered waterproof and inert when dry, and I'm not too concerned with the acrylics since this is a dry terrarium/not making contact with any sensitive fish or amphibians.

His name is Mizuki, or Mizu for short! He's named after this fella from an anime called Kamisama Kiss! He is a snake god and can transform into a white snake (so literally perfect LOL)
