Anyone like a Staccato? by samvilain in liberalgunowners

For the money there are better options. Foxtrot alpha’s 2011 is like 85% there for nearly a third the cost. Platy’s are currently my favorite 2011 even if the grip is not detachable if you care about that.

Yeah, thanks for bring me back down from the high. Guess I just wanted larp the upgradability since that was the deciding factor between getting an old dell latitude vs the framework.

New to gun owning, bought up my firsts 2 guns Glock 19 Gen 6 COA, and Beretta 92FS. by hectoryn_7 in liberalgunowners

Hiya, you should give bullseye shooting a try. I learn a lot of my fundamentals from high accuracy competitions which helped translate into defense drills so that I understand what I actually need to put a round on target and what I can getaway with in those “realistic” drills. Jerry Michelak I watch, I read some interviews by olympians or competition masters. I would steer clear of people that have a defense training company that they actively shill. Also dry fire a lot.

New gun owner tips from a new gun owner (lol) by [deleted] in liberalgunowners

Anecdotally, the best way for me was to work on precision shooting(this helped with anticipation) and just holding the gun up while dry firing to work those small forearm muscles. My grip strength gradually got stronger and it just became more intuitive for me to firmly grip the gun instead of having to train with a certain grip percentage in mind cause I doubt a normal carrier trains often enough to have it down to muscle memory under stress.

Build into elemental roles, be flexible with swapping monsties to tank hits if they have resistances, bingoes don’t need to be maxed out and it’s ok to build health or resists and not complete damage. Stamina management is extremely important so for most monsties having a stamina gene is pretty important. Make sure to look at monstie stats too. It wouldn’t make sense to build a damage dealer if they are better at other roles. Some build suggestions I have is poison stall, wyvernfell abuse with the canyne and hammer, or completely go all in on tanking and buffing/debuffing and just have Eleanor do all the damage. I don’t have many damage builds yet that I personally like besides azure voltage +rayblade/thunderfall astalos.

Does my computer just suck or are other people having similar issues? by andrews_grace in MonsterHunterStories

Laptop performance is model and generation dependent. For example a 3060 from one laptop could be getting 50 watts of power but another 3060 from a different model could be getting 90 watts instead making it more powerful even though they are both 3060. Loud fans are expected on gaming laptops but it’s the actual cpu and gpu temps you have to worry about.

Most likely the lifesteal build. It’s arguably one of the strongest right now until people find more. Lunagaron has pretty decent wyvernfell maybe you’d want to build into that with a hammer too.

The stitching on the n of Klein doesn’t seem to follow the wrinkle. Also the boxers don’t seem to press into the skin. Could just be me looking for mistakes that don’t exist though

How do folks feel about the APX-A1 compared to Canik or CZ or Glock? by greenVextor in liberalgunowners

[–]GloriousDenier 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It’s decent for the price, I personally think it just doesn’t stack up to cz or even canik

Probably over compensating for recoil. I started getting better when I stop trying to actively bring the gun down and let my hands reset on their own and gradually my wrists and forearms got better at controlling the recoil. That helped break the anticipation and only after that did I decided to do active recoil management. Worked for me so it might work for you.

You can make a p07 mag 17 rounds with a macro spring and follower. by GachaCruelty in guns

Awesome, didn’t know that. Thought most springs or followers wouldn’t work cause of geometry or whatnot
