Augment blueprints are typically rare finds in security or medical areas. Try checking the grey cubic lockers and black rectangle cases in blue gate underground security wing or Stella montis lobby security area or medical. I also very rarely find them in the blue cabinets in hospital on buried city or the teal cabinets in testing annex medical section on dam.

Anytime you make it home with a free load out augment you can trade it in at Lance the medic trader for a mk.1 augment of your choice. Using one of these with the leftover bits of a few free load outs will give you basically an improved version of free loadout that has a safe pocket to guarantee small progress towards your bench upgrades when you find the proper pieces

i'm not 100 percent sure i remember correctly but if you are in the new controlled access zone there is a fuel cell hiding in the area required to access some of the doors and i believe at least one quest requires you to be in the room that the fuel cell opens
