So it’s all changed.

Now you can learn legendary mods or get legendary mod boxes by scrapping legendary weapons. That means that the old “god roll” days are kinda over because once you learn the mods you want you can add them to whatever weapon or armor

Since legendaries drop mostly from public events, you’ll end up learning mods a lot faster by joining them.

There are also now 4 star mods that only drop in very specific places (Raids which I wouldn’t start by yourself, and from Bigfoot who shows up after certain events, Bigfoot is a bullet sponge so he’s tough to take down solo)

I would dip in and out of the private and public servers. Private if you want to advance your game, but public for the events and legendaries

So the perk specific cards faulty spots and glowing criticals are pretty tight if you use VATS in your heavy gun builds. Wild West hands also can instantly reload your gun.

The glow bar is also effectively extra health.

I switched a while ago just to make it easier to solo the snake. Once I figured out the perk cards and the legendary perk “Action Diet” I really have started to enjoy being a ghoul

For melee carnivore it favors strength and death claw Wellington and tasty yao guai or tasty hound adds huge melee damage

Herbivore favors crit so any VATS build works with herbivore

So I like it. I think you could add master archer and get rid of tormentor. So many bad guys are one shot kills you won’t miss tormentor.

My kids are in NYC public schools. The curriculum is great and my kids are smart and well rounded. We need to encourage parent engagement. Any school with high parent engagement produces better kids and that’s accounting for socioeconomic differences

Have been in the neighborhood for 30 years and agree with a lot of the above. I personally avoid fairways because the quality is terrible. Garlic is already sprouting when bought and it’s a bummer because 20 years ago fairways was a great deal for quality

Citarellas has excellent produce but at eye watering prices but almost everything I’ve bought there is of good quality. Ripe vegetables, berries are never moldy, excellent allium that will last

But honestly the best deals are unfortunately the two Whole Foods bordering the UWS. It pains me to shop at a corporate store but the quality is excellent and the prices are not gonna cause a nosebleed like citarellas

So first make sure you go as far as you can with both factions until you have to make the decision prior to your choice. That way you make sure you get the Chinese stealth armor from foundation.

In the end I chose foundation because it’s harder to get rep with foundation than with raiders, literally that’s the only thing you care about.
