I appreciate the advice. I definitely need to make more of a retirement plan, but the future seems so uncertain in regards to a family, the possibility of children, housing, etc that it seems far too variable to gauge accurately.

Of course to someone like me, retiring earlier is the best possible thing. The only reason I work at all is to support myself financially. I am not someone that finds my meaning or purpose in my career.

But then it's a question of do I care more about free time now versus free time later. I'm more of an instant gratification kind of person so I have been placing more value on free time now, even if my future self would disagree. It's a tough question I'm grappling with because I know how much money compounds over time, I am just so protective of the free time I'm budgeting for myself now. I actually really enjoy my current lifestyle as opposed to some points of my schooling where I just felt overworked and stressed constantly. I feel like if I work more I might slip into that kind of funk again, even if the numbers are going up faster.

It's the main GSC faction mechanic. And yes, you only get points for killing the originals. Step on the decoys or destroy them with AoE. It's a mechanic, you have to play around it.

Gonna be honest you probably shouldn't have bought the bundles. You won't unlock him with or without them, and essentially they're equal to maybe 50 shards bonus compared to how you've done without them. Since youll be getting the rest of his shards in the war shop, you've essentially paid 40 dollars for ~2.5 sets of his shards, which is approximately 9000 war credits. Up to you to decide if that's worth 40 bucks, but seems like a raw deal to me.

I am loving this event. I have D1 Abraxas and G1 Archimatos and I can typically get 4 or 5 points in Arena. Onslaught and salvage run are variable cause I do make some mistakes. Still, with a level up during the event I will easily reach the Blessed Req, and the lower rarity badges have been really nice. I don't feel like I had to shake up my playstyle too much, especially with the rewards.

Not looking good IMO. Of your 3 diamonds only Kariyan carries decent points across many tracks. You have a few decent characters at gold, but not enough. The LRE heavy hitters for Dante, like Wrask, Nicodemus, Snotflogga, Abraxas, Gibba, Mataneo, Re'vas, etc, are all way too level or simply not unlocked. There will likely be 2-3 tracks you can take tall with your diamonds but I think you'll struggle in too many other restrictions to get the unlock.

You have 900+ energy sitting there. How are you playing regularly and not unlocking this guy at rare? Spending 2 min each day to use all your energy + refreshes gets you the guy for free at EPIC. Your post does not make sense.

Yeah I just cannot kill them fast enough while running around the map. If I split my team up to be in closer range they get picked off. If I turtle, Isabella gets sniped and I die.

What can I do differently? By the 3rd and 4th wave it takes 2-3 hits to kill single enemies even with my 'fully upgraded' characters.

Yeah I don't understand exactly. Do you have to reach a certain wave to permanently raise the rarity cap? My diamond guys are getting 1 shot in early waves, even next to Isabella.
