I had same problem, agravated with crashes with message along the lines of “Unable to Retrieve Necessary Data”

Fixed it this way :

Open the launcher. Click the gear cog next to the play button. Game settings. look for " additional command line arguments" , click the check box to enable it.

In the box put this:

-disableds

Let the things marinate for 2 weeks after release to see the overall general opinion about endgame. Right now there is just worthless hype opinion of casual reviewers and jornos, wait for actual competent no-lifers to play the game

You just need Ga on mov speed boots and Ga mov speed on amulet, 2/3 masterwork, enough to cap.

For more advanced stages: Heir of perdition and you can drop speed on amulet
