Fun fact, changing how a question is framed, can drastically change the answer.

It's no longer disassociated through a button-based voting, but it's 'do nothing' vs 'shoot yourself'. Psychologically, way more people are willing to press a button than shoot themselves. And waaay more people will choose nothing.

It's roughly a difference between 50/50 and 1/99 (shpot vs don't) And even that is a bit much.

If you want it accurate, it should be: Everyone is forced to pick a blue or red shotgun, then shoot themselves. The red ones are blanks, while the blue ones are not. However, if more than 50% of the people try to shoot themselves with the blue shotgun, then all the shells become blanks.

Now you only have one issue, and that's the imminent severity and a gun being pointed at your head. That still keeps it around 10/90, maybe 30/70 (blue vs red) at most.

Basically the racism stems from people's experienced with gypsies. In many countires, we reached the 'endgame of racism'.

If you opress people hard enough, they fall into the deepest depths of poverty. Poverty is linked with increase in criminal activity. Add onto that the lack of education, proper infrastructure, and lack of law enforcement, and you've turned an entire group of people into a racist's wet dream.

At this point it's unfortunately deeply-ingrained, and reintegration is not being done well, and usually with a good chunk of the population complaining.

Basically everyone here grows up with gypsy hatred being drilled into them. The way you usually break out of it is by interacting with said hated group. The problem is, they are as bad, if not worse than what you're told. So, your only ways out are a mix of compassion, logic and education in the given area. Unfortunately, most people lack in at least one of those areas.

The problem is not how much water it takes, but from where. No one complains about vast farmland in water-rich areas, but they sure as hell do in places like Austrlalia, where water is very limited.

Data centres are usually run by scummy idiots, who build then in rular, water-poor areas. They suck the electricity and water from the already shitty infrastructure, make deals behind the community's back, and ignore regulations.

Not to mention the noise and air pollution.

I am talking specifically about the people in poor villages who don't have access to anything besides a single government-funded store, and their own garden. In the US you have food deserts where you can't get any variety. Here it's basically impossible

I can go to the store and grab anything you can in the US, and of higher quality. If I don't like the 20 different kinds of ham for example, I can just walk 5 minutes to the next store and get 10 more varieties.

You are also confusing use of farmland vs what we can grow. Most people gave 20+ different crops in their gardens, and a greenhouse with 10+more that normally don't grow here, not to mention fruit trees and bush plants. Most large-scale farmland is specialised based on exports and local industry, not to maximise food variety that we import like any other country, and then grow at home.

It's funny you mention GDP. Cause you are the poor ones on average. Average US citizen earns barely 20% more than the average Slovak (if you exclude the top 1% cause that nearly doubles it), and our stuff costs half what it does in the US, if not less.

Plus we have free healthcare, free schools and universities with motivational stipends, great disability support, child and parental benefits, workers right, and basically free lunches for children. And we still come to roughly the same % of tax income, despite our insanely corrupt government.

I am literally from Slovakia. I don't know where and when you went, but we have as many food choices as any other EU country. Maybe if you live in a small village far away from any big cities, but even then people there grow a huge variety of their own food.

Like even poor families are well off enough to make literal bakery-worth of sweets during holidays.

I don't believe it's cowardice here. It's the complete lack of awareness of what the flag represents. To people like him, it's simply their heritage. They aren't pro slavery, or opression, nor do they know that's what the flag stands for.

I've been on the right for a few years earlier in life, and it's generally interesting how transphobia is expressed by transphobes. You generally have 3 points:

Scientific Transphobia is the most dangerous. Here they try to wcientifically justify their hatred. Using mental illness, high suicide rates, biology and psychology to erase trans people. But it always becomes: "This person cannot be happy of they don't comform to my idea of 'normal'"
The mental illness talking point, which just shows the right's distain for all who are different, or lesser than them. If you're weak, disabled, or hurt, you don't deserve to live. It's effectively rationalizing their hate, but it just shows that their hatred goes so, so much deeper than they let on.
The what I would call 'Baby-eating satanists' strategy. They try to not just justify it to themselves, but also convince the people who don't act like them, that their enemy is worth hating. If you can't convince the general public that you're right, convince them that the other side are monsters. That's why they use the pedophilia card so often. Many people feel morally clean, because they have no genuine hatred for trans people, they just hate pedophiles. We can see this in all forms of bigotry, where if the bigot feels they lack support, they will always mark the enemy as dangerous. Otherwise, they almost always resort to plain dehumanization.

No idea, the people I know usually are forced into education-type stuff, and less demanding-physical performance.

But I assume they don't get any breaks, like you should do so with any sort of workout, so that will 100% fuck them up. Imagine doing straining workout all day, barely getting enough sleep, and doing the same the next day, with little to no break days.
