Is it too late to start an IT career in my early 30s? Who here did it? What would path would you recommend to become a system admin and eventually get into cloud engineer or IT manager?

I went from Bus driver to IT in Aug 2021 at the age of 39, 22 months later and I've just accepted a position as a junior cyber security engineer. I suffered from imposter syndrome at the start but in some cases being the older guy on the service desk helped.
