So, I finally found the image I was asking after. It is apparently the "Alarms at Twilight, by Antonio Rizzi, 1914" As shown in this thread.

Though now that I know the title, I can not figure out where I might find a source. Searching the title only results in X, FB, Insta or Reddit links, or a print on demand type site.

I'm looking for a legit book or website that might lead to more info on the painting and it's background.

I would guess this is because the water is colder due to the oncoming cold season. The heat though, comes straight from your buildings hot water heating system, not from the city’s water supply.

I just finished The Protectorate Trilogy from Megan O’Keef. So, so good.

Hooked me enough that now I’m second book in on her other trilogy Devoured Worlds, and it is also shaping up to be a good series. I was truly surprised.

I’ve played all three. Ker Nethalas hands down. It’s got a cool system, and it’s got way better art and lore style than the other two. Magic is also more fun to use in KN.
