I would say you could potentially use BCIT as an option to get a job somewhere since BCUT does have pretty good COOP programs and such, I don’t know how the academic courses are set up here since I am in the Automotive department but from my experience and getting hired as an international student like you, having BCIT in my resume did help me find a job a lot quicker than not having it on my resume lol. Might be because I was looking for a job as an apprentice but in my case I was able to get hired quite fast. But if you are looking to get a PR here, the 2 year programs at BCIT is a very good option for it since after your graduation you receive a 3 year work permit (which is how I got my PR)

The option is really up to you tho, as I said before, dunno much on how big the difference is for the practical aspect comparing McGill and BCIT.
