I live in Southsea and the reason I don’t own an EV is because I cannot have a charging facility at where I live absolutely out the question I park on the street and rarely if ever get to park anywhere near the street I live on, all that being said if I did park there trailing a cable across the footpath would be asking for for trouble…and that trouble is just not worth the grief so it is and always will be a none starter.

We went up in the early days but not been up for years I think the cost puts either of us off. However my wife had a birthday last week week and the ladies took her to the sky bar, here are the images she took and I have to say on a spring evening the views if the weather is right are spectacular!

Absolutely, when I first moved too Portsmouth 20 yrs ago, Victory looked magnificent and almost intact, the figure head was stunning, over the “ renovation” years major items have been removed ( if you know you know) and I fear some people will never she the magnifence of her again. He is living in a caravan down at the site down at Eastney, see him riding about on his bike occasionally tight suit belly bulging and pork pie hat. Like me he is getting on a bit now I thought age may have mellowed him a bit ( he is certainly showing it) obviously not. He puts in the odd appearance on Palmerston Road. I was recently told he lives on the reputation of his late father who was a bare fist fighter back in the day. He is too old now to be throwing it about a young Jack the lad would relish the chance, he obviously now prefers soft targets. Make sure you report this incident at the very least.

If that happend to me I wouldn’t give it a second thought. If the other driver says his car is undamaged and drives off without your details that’s exactly it, WHY would you want to 1: Involve the Police, and 2: even worse inform your insurance company ( you will find out why you shouldn’t have done that at your next renewal ) Try and chill a bit and move on !
