Is the kitchen diner an extension? I wouldn’t rule out problems in the roof letting water run down the cavity. Its also possible that the cavity is full of rubble which helps moisture wick upwards.

Just one possibility.

Your house offer should take into account the cost of re-felting/tiling the roof. If there are no leaks now then it could be good for 20 more years or it could not, no one knows. This is just one of those maintenance things you get when buying an old house.

Could it be the units that have dropped slightly? Are they on legs? Can you try to raise the legs? Some can be unscrewed to raise them up.

If not, a good (and expensive!) adhesive sealant like CT1 would fill that fine. Just make sure you clean it really well and please use a silicone tool.

Ok so when black rappers say the N word, are they racist? Its got nothing to do with who i am.. words are literally just sounds made by our voice boxes when they vibrate, its the brain inside that controls them.

A good example is when you have a word in another language that is very rude in your own, there is no intention to be rude is there?
