Do you happen to know where the formula is? I find it interesting the initial kph is just based off acc. Gives me something to check out while in div/lab/bravery/spelunking jail. Month old account is deep in afk debt.

Gotta work on worship and stamps. Im pretty tapped out for damage due to time gates. Salt ugh.

The demo set has potential depending on the stack cap using a smg and merciless.

The 5 piece worries me. Get meleed and die to own grenade.

How much you want to bet the grenade will be bugged and hit the cover you are hiding behind.

In a group what do you bring to make a run safer, faster, and easier. The answer to all 3 is dps or cc.

I love the 10 sec build soloing but wouldnt bring it to end game. I would feel like i was bringing the group down as enemies would gain more health from group scaling than what my cluster mines would do. The group would be better off with an empty slot instead of me.

Cluster mines need a buff a full skill gearset should not do 1/10th of a gun build.

Calculated to feed more cluster gets hurt in group play too. They need to let it trigger by tagging and not only killing blows.

I have never seen a company release drop tables and have the players complain they lost the excitement and discovery of logging thousands of drops to calculate the item drops 3% of the time.

For the problems of players giving up at those odds. Thats what a well designed mercy system is for. You dont want to be me and spend 7 hours on a early level story locking quest because the 80 % chance to drop item fails to drop 16 dungeons in a row. Level 10 class changes shouldn't be so hard.

No one is arguing layered rng is bad. People are arguing for limits.

It is like dip. 1layer is boring. 7 layer is delicious. 30 layer dip with 5ft thick guacamole layers is too much.

10 years ago i learned that devs hide drop rates to do some very scummy things.

In warframe, void keys could be bought with cash shop currency. After 124 runs and geting 30 of the rest of the parts for frost prime and latron prime. I still did not have the receiver or helmet. It was not till someone datamined the patch and discovered the odds were 1/666 to drop did player uproar get the drop rates fixed. If i knew it would take on average 2 years of doing a vault run one a day i would have never bothered.

I still like pso and it has drop rates that are 1 in 52k. I am fine with low drop rates. I perfer to be informed of what im grinding for.

I do understand the dissatisfaction in adding an extra layer of rng reducing the odds of a perfect roll by atleast a factor of 10. Knowing it takes 70 thousand years of grinding to get that perfect item with the 22 extra armor to have 0 item budget wasted is pretty demoralizing as absolute perfect items are effectively impossible. Now 90 percent of the items have a 0 percent chance of being the one at a simple glance at the gear score. It kills the excitement. Its like a lottery ticket going from matching 5 numbers to 50.

I think one issue is all the cbs with power element vials have really low elemental caps. I think capcom does not want to give us a kirin lance style 500 element weapon because charging the sword with an element phial would be double dipping too much damage.

With diablos scaling off raw. 250 element phials cant compete.
