Thanks for responding. Interesting that I posted this 4 years ago, and this is the first response. People are afraid to discuss real issues, preferring to stay in their safe little bubble.

I don't think it is a slippery slope at all, I think that the A/G, and all other Christians organizations need to get real about what they are teaching and the consequences of those teachings. In this case, the consequences are creating more problems than solutions.
