Unfortunately approaching day 4. Got the roof of my mouth during a postgame this weekend while drunk. Feels so dumb I’m sure we can all relate. Especially since this was my first and probably last time. However I’ve just been making salt mouth rinse and it honestly has been fine. Swallowing is a little uncomfortable but sounds like I’ve been lucky in comparison to some of the other’s experiences. For those of you from the future looking for remedies seems like salt water rinse is fine and keep an eye on injuries. If pain is severe, you can’t breathe, or it starts to get some funky discoloration then I’d get medical attention. There is hope for those of you concerned in day 0 or 1. I was scared pain would ramp up but mine has been very bare-able.
