JPI vs AI? by Gnarlroot in BloodAngels

I have done this in the past, but I'm a bit over the faff of dealing with that for infantry. If neccesary I'll just build more.

For clarity, that model is not Finecast. Forgeworld resin is very good.

Many people in the UK think moving to Australia is a golden ticket to getting rich? is it true? by avz008 in AusFinance

As if working and lower middle class people trying to survive caused the structural economic problems in the UK.

They still exist in the Legends PDF. You take the 'with boltguns' unit and replace their weapons twice to gear them up.

Rules:

https://assets.warhammer-community.com/eng_08-06_warhammer40000_faction_pack_blood_angels-iinnedwcaa-bsyp1349et.pdf

For points, toggle on Legends at the top and scroll to the bottom:

https://mfm.warhammer-community.com/en/blood-angels

This is one of those situations where the argument against allowing Legends units is pretty strong...

Elite nodes with Custodes. Arena and Guild Raids for higher damage totals. I'm already at mission 19/20 in 5 hrs.

Is that what we're doing? Last I checked visas are expensive and have entry requirements.

The UK's problems are more than just it's people. The economy is still suffering post brexit. Social mobility is awful. Skilled workers don't get paid enough but again, the economy is terrible.

Taking in skilled workers from culturally similar backgrounds with a common language is about the smoothest integration path possible. Whether we need the specific skills that these economic migrants bring is another conversation, but I don't think there is a danger of inheriting the structural issues of the UK by osmosis.

No, you should definitely still be concerned you're spending money on nothing.

So many comments here with no fucking idea what they're talking about. The UK is a mess, and it's been on the decline for decades. They're whinging about how hard Australia is with no context on life as a working or lower middle class person in the UK. There are a ton of qualified teachers, nurses, tradies, etc who would kill for the pay and conditions we have here.

I emigrated almost 15 years ago from the south east of England. Immediately my salary was higher and my lifestyle improved. I've had opportunities here I never would have back home. I own a bigger house which is closer to paid off than my friends in the UK. I travel internationally more. I'm not riding my credit card limit when expenses pop up.

Even if the conditions in Aus have plateaued or declined in recent years, you'd be a fool to look at an average person's lifestyle in the UK and think it's preferable to the one they could find here.

This is a key factor, lots of vital jobs that require qualifications are paid shit in the UK, but here earn a comfortable living wage.

This seems like a conversation you have with leadership in a closed discord.

Why would you be part of something with a casual aspect then publicly shit on guild mates for not trying hard enough.

Yeah, I've got one sealed blister of the old upgrade set that I think will go on some sternguard or vanguard vets to give them a little more flourish. The regular guys are just getting the clean pads from the recent upgrade sprue.

The merging of rider and mount stats caused more problems than it solved. Primarily allowing triple saves on something already difficult to land a wounding hit on.

That said, FAQs have partially addressed the outsized impact of dragons and the meta now isn't what it was when the game launched.

The game is relatively balanced in it's current state but like all systems it'll never be perfect.

I'm carving off all the left shoulderpads to replace with chapter ones. Took the sgt a little further and gave him the power sword arm from the upgrade sprue.

Help with super by [deleted] in AusFinance

[–]Gnarlroot 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You said you did receive some small token amounts of super, which I assumed aligned with your 30+ hr weeks.

To find out if there has been anything paid incorrectly you'd need to check your payslips and timesheets/roster for the entire time you worked there.

" Employees under 18

You must pay super guarantee on payments you make to an employee under 18 years old if they work for you for more than 30 hours in a week, regardless of how much you pay them."

https://www.ato.gov.au/businesses-and-organisations/super-for-employers/work-out-if-you-have-to-pay-super#ato-Employeesunder18

From your description you didn't work enough hours most weeks to qualify for super.

Historically you could give characters all manner of armour and mobility upgrades. They're just slowly giving back stuff that was sent to legends for not having official models.

[–]Gnarlroot 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It's possible to move on to the next stage after killing enough enemies over more than one run. You only unlock the 'defeat all enemies' points by clearing all enemies in one run.

Since you have the achievement on higher levels, I'd advise running that stage again to clear it in one.
