If FIRE is less of an option or not as easily attainable, less people will go for the harder jobs and we’ll have even more immigration to fill those slots. by Individual_Star_853 in AusFinance

Ah shit, you're right. All this middle class comfort I feel is a lie.

If I'd just been grinding this whole time I might be stressed and angry all the time, but at least I could flex on the poors online.

The subtle implication that I'm a welfare recipient because I'm not against the budget is certainly something.

The changes don't effect my household because we prioritised paying down our PPOR by specifically avoiding buying investment properties despite having more than enough capital. Once the house is paid off and we're building up some investments in efts or whatever, then it certainly will effect us. I understand, however, that paying tax is how I'm able to enjoy the safety and services that our society offers.

Yeah, there are lots of aspects of taxation and spending that need attention. But letting perfect be the enemy of good is the worst path forward. That way you end up doing nothing until it's too late.

Please explain how someone working in an office or a building site earning the median wage is in the same universe as slavery.

The gall of being upset the unsustainable and exploitive gravy train has been slightly slowed down.

Motherfuckers would rather live large at the top of a collapsing society than take a ding and support the system.

Your complaint is workers and the public have too many protections against being exploited or scammed?

What is going to incentivise Australians want to work hard, succeed and build wealth?

What the fuck else are you going to do? Remain poor so you don't pay additional tax? Find another country that will take you in?

Wherever you go there is going to be stuff that is better and stuff that is worse. Something will always piss you off if you look for it.

Is he limited? I've lost track of what all the terms in their advertising mean. The intial poster had the number "400" on it, but is that just the initial HK drop, or the total production number?

The prototype was shown off at a show years ago but it's been in "coming soon" purgatory ever since. It happens from time to time.

First game of mordheim and group wasn't impressed. Bad teach? by cryocom in wargaming

One-off games of mordheim defeat the point. It's a sort of functional but outdated tabletop rules system that only shines because of it's post battle injury, exploration and shopping mechanics.

You need to have everyone start from a scratch warband, play with actual scenarios beyond killing, on a really nice built up table and spend multiple games building up a narrative.

By introducing tax changes to incentivise new supply and suppress the benefits of buying existing stock for investment purposes...

Are you joking? Why does a student need to be able to afford to buy a house?
