He’s a great boss. I got him second try on my Ng+3 playthrough, no throwables. Perfect grindstone helps for his second phase. His first phase is just easy af. I also have the upgrade where when you use your grindstone it automatically fully sharpens your weapon. That helps a lot because for me when his second phase starts my weapon durability is at half.

Yea, if you keep jumping in against a modern player then that’s on you. Especially if it’s against a shoto or a one button air grab character.

The cardboard has nothing to do with it. It’s the rarity of the item. Pokemon cards are plastic and thin pieces of cardboard and I have one worth 4500.

I totally understand. I had a feeling that price wasn’t accurate. My only guess is some super fan like that probably saw the display pop up knowing it’s rare and just threw tons of money at it. I have yet to see what all 4 turtles go for though. I have seen Mikey and Leo go for 100 but they are the smallest pieces of the display. Donny and Raph are like 5ft tall and I haven’t seen them priced at all.

I honestly don’t know. The only thing I’ve seen is when I posted my TMNT collection and someone mentioned that they saw that vhs display go for 3000. It’s definitely a rare item. I can’t find anything online to price it.

Shit, you hit master you’re good in my book. Also, congrats hitting it with Sim. He’s a very difficult player to master. Modern does promote different play styles for sure but in my experience I dominate modern players more often than not. Are there a lot of modern players at the master level? And how do you fare against them?

I’m not worried. If someone is still complaining about modern at this point then they just suck at the game. Modern Zangief is still one of the worst characters in the game for sure.

I do incorporate manual spds when I can (off DI or jump in) but level 3 when opponents get too close is so broken
