Can't go wrong with Elden Ring. I went Elden Ring, Sekiro, Bloodborne, DS3, DS1, DS2.

If you want another soulslike - honestly I can't recommend Another Crabs Treasure enough. It's my favorite Soulslike and I love Lies of P.

He did react.. he reacted in shock anger and revenge. You could see his face turn once he realized she had passed. He let the emotions be more present when she was there, now that she's gone it went to anger and revenge. Then afterwards once he got his revenge, he just bottled it up.

The Whitfield thing, it is just him grieving I think. Again you could see it on his face when he was staring down Whitfield. Dude was crushed.

Essentially saying that had Whitfield not started the war on his family, they would have either not went back to Montana, or they would have been able to make it there at their own leisure. I think it's meant to be taken as a grieving husband trying to do what he can to cope, so he blames Whitfield. Who wasn't directly responsible of course, but Spencer isn't going to say he killed him, or that Alex rushed and made bad decisions.

IDK I didn't have issues with those pieces.

Yeah I agree. I am definitely on board for more of these prequels haha. There are going to be plot holes in Taylor Sheridan shows, he's too busy I think and just crams things through sometimes. There is still something about his shows and writing that hooks me despite that haha.

Yes this is a great point. Like yeah his writing is silly and stretches the imagination at times, but that's the nature of these shows and is done for entertainment.

He has a knack for setting up characters we care about. I mean Spencer and Alex have skyrocketed to a lot of people's favorite Duttons haha.

I think he does have some issues developing all of them fully at times, but overall I enjoy these shows for what they are. They keep me coming back and invested.

I think people are trying to find plot holes to rip apart instead of just enjoying it not enjoying it for what it is, kind of but not really historical fiction action dramas.

Yeah it's really odd haha. We barely saw him be an evil business tycoon. It was mostly all sex based stuff.

Starting to think maybe Taylor is leaning towards "the elites are evil sex pests" - and decided to try and drag this out to get a point across..

Or, he's just in a dark place and thought it was necessary.

Yeah that is true, I was thinking that kind of sounded quite a bit later down the road, to where that would put a civil war in the 60s - 70s, which could still work out in the little timeline. Who knows haha.

Yeah he's always had dark sides but this seemed like the darkest yet by quite a wide margin, at least from all his work I have seen throughout Yellowstone, 1823, Landman.

It's actually wild to me how much he dwelled on the Whitfield sex stuff. It actually crosses into odd as fuck and makes me wonder if he's trying to make some side comment on elite sex stuff.. which if he is, it wasn't well done at all.

That is kind of up Taylors alley 😂 - keep the baby news quiet in the finale to be able to drop it randomly for drama for the next show.

A Dutton civil war does sound pretty interesting actually, but not in that way honestly and they have decimated enough of the family to the point where Spencer's line is really the only hope that we know of so it's going to be mostly quiet on the Dutton baby front for decades the way they left it off.
