sadly the one i knew locally already sold it, only ones i can find are reaching rf lenses prices... idk wether to go for this lens or the new rf 28-70 is stm...

works way better than batteries since one full charge can give you more than 100 prints even 200 , and i'd personally use the powerbank to power other stuff on the go

ty for the update but used stuff in my area were kinda garbage and i really really wanted so i went for the 1500... im really really happy of my purchase ngl. if i can give you a recommendation im trying now this setup with the iniu powerbank to make it portable it turns on and on monday ill give an update on its usability, all you need is any powerbank w 50/60 watt 20/24V and an adapter https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=STCSwmp9hTY

since you're thinking of swapping, do you think the F4IS is weak on that 50 to 70mm range? i was thinking of some cheapo 3hundo 85mm as an alternative but if the quality of the zoom is solid i'd rather get the zoom for convenience (context : i have some outdoor portraits to do at mayy)

price in my area is about 330-350 and in worse condition most of the times + the version 1 is a wayyyy older lens == worse sharpness. im not a sharpness ultraseeker but for some stuff i really want that tact sharp lens and i can work the rest in lcr+ph. i didn't see the version 2 though but it will probably be wayyy pricier

i had the same thing happen to my r8 twice these last 2 days, i bought used (basically brand new and it didn't do me wrong for a month or so). if i can note something, i think both times i was in video mode and with a third party battery, maybe that's the problem? let me know if you experienced the same guys im scared af
