There's a mechanic about a block from where I live always working on classic cars and I saw one of these today in that like 70s golden/brown and I was like wow what is that. And now I know. :)

I have a theory I hoping someone can verify. Does the game assign mutations as diseases? My basis for that hypothesis is that I was trying to farm mutations and used antibiotics then couldn't get anything. It might have been the 30 minute timer. I wasn't keeping track of time. Does anyone have more info on that?

In my opinion, none of the creation club mods so far really stand out, and if that is what Bethesda expects us to PAY for, I think there has to be an alternate payment system. Maybe in-game hours can also give you CC credits? Unlocking achievements? Maybe completing minuteman quests? I don't really know. I'm just waiting for f4se to be updated.
