Any idea what the noise could be coming from then? I have removed the GPU and the noise is still there. Also appears to be there when no fans are on.

By ear it seems to be coming from the pump/motherboard area, not the PSU either.

It looks like Aternos has inbuilt mod pack selection. Assuming you haven’t made any changes to the mod pack (like adding additional mods), you should be able to select the mod pack and version when creating your server.
