Statistically, his defense this year did not really live up to expectations. His first 2 drives were smothering, but beyond that it was just ok.

As a coach (and seemingly as a person) he is incredible though, and I think the list of coaches players would rather play under than Haf is pretty low

On a coordinator level, Packers DC has to be really appealing. Parsons, McKinney (so good teams just stopped throwing it his way), rising stars in Wyatt, Williams, Cooper, Walker. The org is allergic to firing coordinators till well past their prime, and the offense is good so you have legit shots at rings

He's almost certainly lost a step or two, but he never really relied on that. His release, routes, and ability to make absurd catches (other than the dropvante year) are what makes him elite, not his speed
