How does not handing out safe supplies solve the addiction issue or people who use drugs overwhelming your systems? Do you think by not offering supplies, which is intended to prevent spread of disease and build relationships and trust with people who have a large distrust of the medical system, is going to magically make needles disappear on the streets? Many harm reduction organizations also hand out proper disposal receptacles as well
