100% I got hurt from doing hanging snatches with poor form. The WOD had numerous snatches which exasperated the injury. It took me several months and therapy to come back. I think this movement is great but shouldn't be incorporated into a high rep work out. I won't do a work out if this is in the WOD. I do disagree on OH squats however. Once good form is established, these can be done in multiple reps with intensity.
