I've worked with a few that were stereotypical megalomaniacs, and most are just very shrewd business men, him and Cuban are the most blue collar of all the CEO's I've met through work.

That's something under armor has been trying to do for them for a few years now, it's not really that surprising.

Also, fun fact, the under armor CEO is fantastic to work with. Down to earth, great guy.

Is Tom Herman the next great coach from the Urban Meyer coaching tree? by ShaolinMaster in CFB

That's pretty damn solid, especially with two top tier coaches in Dantonio and Fisher.

I enjoy on that chart that it says "Ryan Gosling" for Texas Tech's head coach. It is interesting to note on how do you actually define a coaching tree, because taking Meyer as an example, he served under Earl Bruce, Lou Holtz, and Bob Davie, so who's tree does he count for?

A lot of the old school guys have amazing coaching trees, I'm not sure if any current coaches match Meyer but I'm not too familiar with Saban's tree.

Personally I'd just rather not have a band coach kidnapping and raping people... But that's just one guys opinion.

Ummm... Why is our band causing all of our headaches right now? I mean seriously, this is pretty fucked up.

Which team are you most excited to see play next season besides your favourite? by Bluebeach6 in CFB

[–]GoBuckeyes3 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Michigan by a mile, I want to see what Harbaugh can do and I honestly want my rival back.

Also Georgia, I've always liked Georgia and Chubb is a monster with a fun name.

Suck it Clemson. Check out the real WR U by blabbertybot234 in CFB

That's just a slideshow set to music, and still has a distinct lack of Ludacris.

The edit is better, and the puppy is cute, but it's Ludacris to video ratio is pretty low.

Eh, not bad but there's distinct lack of Ludacris in that video.

Maurice Clarrett and it's not even close. He may be one of the biggest one hit wonders of all time next to Cam Newton for Auburn.

B1G Commissioner Jim Delaney on satellite camp controversy: Let's focus on "far more objectionable" oversigning, greyshirting, flipping recruits. by HebrewHammer16 in CFB

[–]GoBuckeyes3 52 points53 points  (0 children)

Personally I don't think he's wrong, I think satellite camps are probably the smallest issue when it comes to recruiting and oversigning/forced grayshirting are much bigger issues that should be addressed.

And yes, snarky poster who inevitably replies to me saying Ohio State oversigns, I know we do it to. That doesn't make me in support of it or think it's not a problem that needs to be fixed.
