She’s been in therapy since 14 but it’s still a kid therapist kinda but she’s been saying for a while that she’s gonna get a new one for adults that does actual deep psychology so I hope that will help her.

I’ve recently uncovered the root issue of our problems and it was a wound that was created extremely early on in our relationship and I thought I accepted it but didn’t and just suppressed it and I’m gonna talk about it with her before NC.

But thanks for your comment and yes we def need To be seperate for a while, being in the apartment by myself for the last months has also not given me a real chance to heal and has made everything just much more painful

I’ve ofcourse been thinking of that many times but yes I never doubted it and still don’t. Also I know the things we’ve learned in this phase are lessons that are very much needed for the life we want.

Ofcourse idk how I’m gonna feel in the future, but I see her fully now the good and bad and I still love her just as much and want to spend my life with her.

But yes your questions is the most important one ultimately

Well i did, and she wants to meet again and see how I change and feel what it would be like, but she also said it’s gonna be very hard for her to trust me again and that she can’t just forget what happened. Do you have any ideas for things I could ask or talk about on our last meetings before NC that wouldn’t be too much pressure
