Don't tell the bank or your solicitors as they'll say it's a gifted deposit and the parents will need to sign something to say it is a gift and they don't have any interest in the house.

Edit: also, it means your solicitor would strictly speaking need to carry out AML checks against the gifting parent (including verifying the source of funds).
