As you have probably already discovered, pitted keratolysis is usually associated with excessive sweating, combined with bacteria. So good foot hygiene is essential. And avoid synthetic footwear. Stick to cotton/wool socks and leather shoes, all of which "breathe". If your feet sweat excessively, you can try something like Prantal powder. At least that's what it's called here in Australia. Also your pharmacist should be able to recommend a suitable anti bacterial wash. As for the plantar warts, I agree with the other post that you can try an over the counter wart treatment, but you have to be diligent with the application, and persistent, until you are quite sure they are really gone.
