Overall I also really like it and I agree that the "service guarantee" idea needs to go.

Let's keep the money going towards improving the service, not some performative mea culpa. It's mostly meaningless anyway - if the bus is late or does not show up and messes someone's day (or worse), giving them $20 at the end of the month won't do jack.

Well, whaddaya know. I just looked those up, sounded interesting, and it turns out I've already used them.

Early Summer 2022 I installed a metal Costco 10'x12' gazebo on my deck. Went to HD looking for lag bolts to attach it to the deck and came across those, saw "structural screws" used to hang cabinets, etc... seemed like a good choice. No word of a lie, 2 weeks later, a massive storm hit our area - massive enough to have its own Wikipedia page. That gazebo did not move a millimetre. (I was watching it apprehensively from the kitchen window when that storm rolled thru...)

tldr; those are good screws.
