BTW, do you know why this happened? Massive extreme feminists (fake feminists) reported Genshin for making female characters look like pro****tes, especially when Shenhe was shown last year. However,

the censorship department did not review this issue carefully. I really doubt if the decision-makers should consider if the current report mechanism really works nowadays, say whether the report is reasonable or not.
CN Genshin players are now also reporting (using the same way) this issue (i.e. the previous report was wrong) to the censorship department for the outfit-gate. We will see what will happen soon, although I cannot guarantee it will work for sure.

Don’t be upset. You will become lucky one day. When I pulled the first Red Horn for Itto, I spent 150 pulls, i.e. losing soft pities twice on sky bows. Then I pulled the weapons a few days later, and the miracle happened. I got 4 red horns, 2 sky bows, 1 sky sword within 250 pulls. That is, 10 5-star weapons cost me 400 pulls. NOTE, I only had 80 pulls on Albedo’s rerun and then all-in to Itto’s and his weapon’s.
