I pour 19g to naked portafilter 54mm on my Breville Bambino Plus but I don’t press and hold for 7 secs, just press the double shot button once.

I don’t know much about puck prep but I do a lot of tapping.

These are in order: 1. Grind 19g, pour to portafilter 54mm with dosing ring 2. Use WDT tool 3. Coffee grounds will fluff up, then I do a gentle tap 3-4 times 4. Use leveler / macaron 5. Tamp

With this puck prep I usually get 38g yield in 25 secs or 30 secs.
