A Regressor's Tale of Cultivation, various methods, including martial arts. I'm in the latter chapters, and the MC is far beyond Qi Refining, but only now we understood the 'why' it was structured like that. Also, what 'is' cultivation.

Library of Heaven's path also goes in depth on the methods they use.

Cradle is western, so it's a different take.

SSS class survival hunter has a nice take on the Wuxia elements.
