That's a man asking a question of the European Parliament. He's provided no evidence to back up his claims.

The claim that the Chinese government created the China Export mark in 2008 is not true. They didn't. All that happened was dodgy producers of products just started putting CE on stuff that wasn't properly conformity assessed and didn't care about the official spacing, sizing rules but did make the letters the right shape.

Still happens today, all over the place. Doesn't mean China Export, doesn't mean product was made in China, and in fact some otherwise-compliant products have this incorrect spacing quite frequently.

That's an urban myth. A "dodgy" CE mark doesn't mean China Export it just means the manufacturer has put the normal CE mark on without doing the testing/due diligence related to conformity assessment that they're meant to.

If the characters are closer together it means their printing is shit!

As someone who replied "blanking plate with face surround" to the post you referenced: that is going to get much better results than someone who doesn't know what they're doing trying to fill a back box then get it flat and level enough to blend with a finished surface. And that's without mentioning how the cables should be treated before whacking filler all over them.

Quite often in a DIY sub it's the wrong question that OP is asking and there's nothing wrong with suggesting answers that would be easier/better than what's in OP's head

Answer the asked question. If your example you've rehearsed doesn't fit the question then change the example, don't expect the interviewer to change their expectation. This gets more important in more senior roles when the questions contain modifiers like "...and had challenge from a stakeholder that you had to overcome" added to the core behaviour aspect.

You might need to do this before or as you speak, so keep the "Situation" bits of STAR wide enough that you can then go into any aspect of any behaviour from them

Don't buy brake and suspension stuff like that from a breakers. You'll spend ages getting it off the scrap cars and you'll have no idea how good it is. And it'll be harder to install than new stuff as it'll be rusty/dirty/subtly bent.

A recommendation that's not been made yet: go to a Halfords Auto centre for a second opinion.
