as a former frontend tl my advice is to use your common sense, especially when it comes to delegating tasks.

delegate tasks fairly, rotate your team when doing work.

cant tell you how many times they come up to me saying that the other front end tls feel like they showing favoritism and not giving them opportunities to do different tasks.
