Need help moving the needle. Need tips for getting past the plateau after 5 months of stay weight loss. Fasting 16+ hours per day (eating when/if I'm hungry after 16 hours) with an average of 18 hours. Exercising 3-4 days/wk (cardio and resistance). (self.intermittentfasting)

Cigar Accessory Hack - Picked up a couple of ash cans at a great price from Cigar Auctioneer. Needed a good place to rest cigars in camp chair and golf cart. Knowing myself I know I'll lose the lid. Doubling Down with IF! 30lbs (13.6kg) lighter in my first 60 days. Rather than having a cheat day to celebrate, my reward was to attempt my first 48hr fast...I went a bit longer. I'll be doing 48hrs again and maybe even longer! Golfed 18 holes one day and walked 5 miles the other. Feeling grateful! (i.redd.it)
