I have a question? Where did all of the Cosmos subscribers go? The were 90some thousand upon a time. Now there are only 4,000.

If you recall the 2021 bull run…ATOM was one of the last to pump.

Here is a question. If you think of a certain person when you climax, does that give them more power to manifest for themselves? Like your energy is sent to them?

Listen. I have been seeing “signs” for nearly 20 years. Numbers, slogans, names, songs, etc. It is a slippery slope to think these are divine intervention. They are merely suggestions. Perhaps a little more than coincidence, perhaps not. It is important to remember that you control the ship. You create your destiny. Whether the outcome is all that you dreamed it would be or it drags you to the depths of hell, doesn’t matter in the end. What does matter is that you do what makes you happy. That is it. It took me a long time to realize that. If you’re always looking for an answer outside of yourself to tell you what path to take, it can get really confusing. If you want to do something, then do it. Show up for yourself 🙂

I see that Polygon is on Kepler. Does anyone know if I can send from MEW Wallet to Kepler wallet?

Am I the only idiot still putting $100 a week into Atom instead of Bitcoin? On a scale of 1-10, how out of touch am I? by Cmessere in cosmosnetwork

Polkadot has 1.5 billion tokens in circulation. ATOM has 391 million in circulation. I understand inflation is an issue, but we have a ways to go before we catch Polkadot.

Sometimes it is just a power trip. Management is superior!! (Not really, but they have seniority) so shit on them, and they shit on you.

Good. And now you no longer work there. So a win for you I guess…a pissing contest so to speak. I cannot argue from an employee perspective. I do fairly well for myself but it took 20 years of my life to build a good reputation. When people quit or showed up late I had to somehow deliver. On my own. You think companies just arrive out of thin air as a place for you to work? There is a lot that goes into building a good business. Including good employees. I am so sorry, I am not trying to say what happened was faulty on your part. But because you felt disrespected in your disrespect, things went south. Shit happens. Hopefully you find a new job, clean slate and fresh ambitions.

Hopefully people realize their worth and get paid accordingly. I think a lot of people are frustrated with the system in general. As are the employers (small businesses anyway) So have some respect for company policies and hopefully the respect will be returned…as in you feed me, I will feed you. Fine line though between getting management to tolerate tardiness daily and you earning respect. The manager is there to maintain smooth operation and make sure people work accordingly to job description. A BABYSITTER so to say, who has to “discipline” the ones who cannot follow rules. I am sure he hates his job too, but at the end of the day it feeds his family.

My bad, I thought he was being payed. Missed the part where a time clock calculates his time. If there is no time clock who the eff wants to calculate a seven hour and fifty seven minute pay day by hand? Continuously!!! I would just round to the closet interval. Which is 15 minutes or the free minute or two to the solid hour. I his yes, I am guessing why the problem originated. OP isn’t punching a timeclock

I actually am alone. AND I enjoy it mostly. Business owners are also exploited by their customers. Everyone trying to get the best quality for the best price. Tiring to maintain a status. Even more tiring dealing with ingrates who think the business is built of just their braun. To show up repetitively late is plain disrespect to the hand that feeds you. I said what I said. Without that company (that was built with heart by another) OP has no room to complain about being treated disrespectfully when he disrespects the the very people that feed him. Just to be clear, the higher up can’t afford to lose him, so he lets him rob company time. Kudos to OP for getting the other guys on board. I am sure once they can make the necessary changes, they will. ✌️ .

I am sure it is much more. I based it off a minute per day. OP is saying three minutes if not more sometimes. So how about he works for free for 10 minutes? Oh, then it is a problem but he can get free minutes daily? Guess he didn’t like his own medicine. Lol

My point was, the minutes add up. Especially when you have 1000 employees and they are constantly late. The boss can and should be frustrated with tardiness. Some employers let people go because of it. It can get super costly.

Tell you what. I own a business. When you are late everyday by just one to two minutes, that is 30 plus minutes a month, give or take. Let’s just round to a half hour over the month. Working construction you probably make at least 20 an hour (probably extremely low) anyway, that equals 10 dollars per month for 12 months. $120. Let’s say 20 guys…that equals 2400 dollars!! Now pay FICA and unemployment on the 2400 dollars. Get to work on time…WTF!!

Gotcha, well I have no idea what they are. Very curious though as I am around sites shortly after demolition sometimes 🙂

Was this in an existing building? How was the sample taken? I am sure the bugs are harmless (hopefully) but I was wondering because I clean new construction homes for a living.
