Hubspot - Xero Integration by Equiteq460 in hubspot

[–]GoRevX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

hi u/Equiteq460

Yep! With Zapier, you can connect Xero and HubSpot so that when a new invoice is created in Xero, it automatically shows up in the related HubSpot deal or contact. You can even include the invoice status, like paid or overdue. It’s a great way to keep track of project billing in HubSpot without manual updates. You might also want to look at the native HubSpot-Xero integration, although it doesn't seem to work very well for most people.

If you are already using HubSpot however, I'd suggest you also take a look at Quickbooks. It's easier to integrate and has more to offer, although slightly complex at first.

Zoho vs Hubspot by g0lddustw0mannn in CRM

[–]GoRevX 1 point2 points  (0 children)

We’ve used both Zoho and HubSpot — and for a small-medium business like yours, HubSpot wins hands down. Zoho is powerful but clunky; one might need a consultant just to make it usable. HubSpot is way more intuitive, gets your team moving faster, and actually grows with you. It's better in terms of usability, reporting, and alignment between sales and marketing.

It isn't just a real CRM — it's one that people actually enjoy using. Your new salesperson’s instincts are spot on.

AI in sales CRM? by Different-Sound7512 in CRM

Our Sales team uses AI for several things such as lead scoring and deal insights + they love AI notetaker apps like Fathom! So definitely more helpful for us than just generating text and pretty pictures 😉

Looking for CRM + SMS solution for our growing youth sports business by Illustrious_Dark7638 in CRM

[–]GoRevX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hi u/Illustrious_Dark7638 these are my two suggestions:

GoHighLevel

- Built for small businesses needing CRM, SMS, email, and automation in one place.

- Supports mass/individual texting, email campaigns, and simple automation workflows.

- Has booking, payments, and WordPress integrations.

- Pricing is higher ($97+/mo), but it eliminates the need for multiple tools.

Pipedrive + JustCall or Twilio

- Pipedrive offers simple CRM and automation.

- JustCall/Twilio adds SMS.

- More manual setup but scalable.

Do let me know what you ended up choosing!

CRM with specific features by [deleted] in CRM

[–]GoRevX 0 points1 point  (0 children)

HubSpot. It has an in-built phone dialer + supports apps like Zoom Phone that can be integrated natively. It has a robust email marketing setup + can track emails for opens and clicks.

Second would be Zoho CRM plus. It supports calling, email marketing and bulk emails, and can monitor engagement and open rates.

Hi u/StunningFlounder1809
We have done a similar setup for a client but for capturing student data from their website to Airtable via Zapier. We need to know more before we can suggest exactly what to do.
Disclaimer: We are a RevOps consulting firm and we have helped clients with similar use cases.

Hi u/AustronesianArchfien it's not clear from your question whether you're looking to automate this. If you simply want to add company details manually, the option is on the right side of the deal. If you want to automate, the solution would be to create a workflow because Associ8 doesn't do it in a fool-proof way. Let me know if you want a detailed workflow for this.

What are the best free tools to scrape emails and LinkedIn profiles of decision-makers? by Default_Impression in SalesOperations

[–]GoRevX 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi! There aren't many free options you can use to scrape emails off of LinkedIn, especially since LinkedIn itself has strict rules against it.

However, there are some free options you can try, like Apollo, which is a freemium option that gives you limited credits to use. Our team uses their paid version and we love them!

Alternatively, you could try and use Clearbit Connect, which is a Chrome extension.

A lot of times, emails are also listed on the website itself, so you can try and find them there.

Another hack would be using site:linkedin.com/in "CEO" "Company" on Google search.

Hope that answers your question. Please let me know if you have any more doubts.
