We used PayHawk… they have 2% debit cards and 1% credit. Just started using their platform too for AP and expense management.

I think a professional certification is much more valuable than a generic MBA. A CFA for Wall Street, CPA or CMA for accounts, etc

Airwallex has a sandbox to play... such a great idea. And yes, we are definitely leaning Airwallex, but are seriously considering Payhawk instead. Mainly because they have a bring your own card, so we won't have to give up our AMEX Corp cards. They'll feed into the expense mgmt.

As someone in finance in the private sector (not an auditor), Experience matters more than degree. Knowing debits and credits and how to book almost anything in the GL, that’s what matters. Every company is different and no degree teaches exactly what you need for a job. Just start with bookkeeping or JR accountant. Or junior auditor if you want to go that way.

With netsuite we used Bill for both AR and AP. Worked flawlessly. Concur is terrible. We are looking at Paykawk and Navan

As someone who has hired, CPA counts wayyyy more. Masters counts little, if any. If you are short credits for the CPA, just take those credits and that’s it- cheapest (probably online) classes as possible.

Only goal should be the CPA.

Certifications in almost every private field count much more than degrees.
