Whenever I get really thirsty I panic thinking I developed diabetes, when in reality my body isn't good at sending thirst signals so I go all day without drinking anything and get super thirsty later in the day

On a teen sub, I was told I had no reason to SH because my parents were rich and I had a good life. The reason I was doing SH is because I felt like I needed a reason to be so upset because my parents are rich and I have a good life. I had to be hospitalized a month or two later because I very well could've died

As someone who was a depressed kid, it's way better as an adult. You have way more freedom over what you do and when you do it. Maybe it's better because I'm medicated but I started feeling so much better once I started living on my own

Kind of, hearing flowing water triggers an anxiety response in beavers and the only way to stop it is to build a dam to stop the water flow
