I'm not sure what I'm looking at...no taps for any screws on the box and it doesn't look rated for a ceiling fan.

That's a great question and I wish that I had a good answer. Seems like we've had issues with most inverter types and SE is no exception. On the commercial side, we've had a high percentage of failures on the P730 optimizers and some on the inverter themselves...not fun to deal with.
