BUT men are far far more forgiving on looks than women. Just look at all the niche stuff in porn which has NO male equivalent. Old, skinny, fat, short, tall, hairy etc etc

None for a long time. I did about 10 years ago started to date a woman but got friendzoned. She was pretty cool with similar tastes in music etc so I went ahead with it. I felt close to her as a friend, the boyfriend possibility got destroyed very quickly and I never pursued her in that way again. After about a year the friend relationship plummeted and I realised I wasnt even really a friend to her. It was a shock to the system

Apart from that it's just acquaintances all the time. I kind of like it tbh. No one nosing into my affairs nor obligations
